Expectations

We expect all players in West Madison Thunder Baseball and Softball to give their full effort to practice and games, support their teammates, show exceptional sportsmanship, and represent West Madison Thunder well in all aspects of the game.

We expect players to come to practices and games on time and ready to go. When at practice for games, players will be attentive to their coaches and give 100% effort. You cannot control the outcome, only how much effort you put into an event.

We expect players to treat their teammates and opponents with respect. Players will lift each other up and never put down their teammates. The team wins together and loses together. Players will never taunt opponents or display poor sportsmanship, win or lose.
